Happy Customer Return Policy means that
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase return it within 30 days for a complete refund minus any shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and resalable condition. Be sure to include any tags and the original packaging.
No refundable items include:
-Custom Engraved Products
-Sanitary Items( Dog Diapers etc)
-Garmin Products (must contact Garmin for Refund Authorization)
-Oster Pet Products (must contact Oster for Refund Authorization)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, including:
-Any item not in its original condition,
-Any Product that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
